Process Team Leader
Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide an overview of the key accountabilities and responsibilities
• Oversee the operation and arrange the manpower to cover the Process Trains to ensure reliable production of LNG at the rates set by the Production Plan.
• Ensure safe efficient operation of all the facilities in Process Trains by monitoring the daily activities of subordinates and their crews, reviewing the Daily Operating Report, and Shift Logs, and conducting discussions with Supervisors to make sure that appropriate action is taken to correct plant equipment problems.
• Provide leadership in all safety-related activities and minimize potential accidents by requiring compliance with all HSE/PSIM standards/policies, and safe work practices be followed in all activities.
• Ensure that shift crews are trained in emergency procedures. Lead Process Teams in taking appropriate actions to control and secure an emergency in the Plant as outlined in the Emergency Response Plan.
• Ensure that operating procedures are available, used, and adhered to at all times and conduct an annual review and approval of all operating procedures, and operating instructions to be sure they are up to date, consistent with current practices, and appropriately revised as process modifications require.
• Ensure product quality of process streams meets specification by monitoring reports from the Laboratory and making sure proper corrective action has been initiated.
• Prepare and issue a Daily Program as instructions for the Shift Supervisors to ensure continuity of the operation outside of normal working hours.
• Maintain good coordination and communication with all Sections of the Operation Department by daily discussions of plant operational issues with other Team Leaders.
• Submit and approve work order requests to verify priority is correct, there is no duplication, and that work requests have been created for all needed repairs.
• Coordinate all Maintenance activities to ensure facilities in Process Trains function reliably by working closely with Maintenance. Planning to ensure equipment repairs are done in timely manner and follow up with Maintenance on a daily basis to determine which work is complete, carried over until tomorrow, or continuing on overtime.
• Prepare Process Train turnaround package including shutdown/startup sequence, operating system checklist procedures, work lists, safety requirements, equipment preparation procedures, blind lists, and manpower arrangements to ensure shutdown work is done safely, efficiently, and equipment repair is successfully.
Storage & Loading/Gas Production Facilities/Pipeline Team Leader
Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide an overview of the key accountabilities and responsibilities:
• Organize the operation of the Offshore Platforms, Pipeline, ORF, and S & L facilities and monitor the activities of subordinates to ensure safe reliable gas delivery to the Process Trains and that shipping targets are met as per the Production Plan.
• Ensure safe efficient operation of all the GPF, Pipeline, ORF, and S & L Areas facilities and ensure reliable handling of inlet feed gas supplies, LNG, and Condensate products by monitoring the daily activities of subordinates and their crews, reviewing the Daily Operating Report, and Shift Logs, and conducting discussions with Shift Supervisors and Well Production Engineer to make sure that appropriate action is taken to correct equipment problems.
• Provide leadership in all safety-related activities and minimize potential accidents by requiring compliance with allHSE/PSIM standards/policies, and safe work practices be followed in all activities.
• Ensure that shift crews are trained in emergency procedures. Lead Utilities Teams in taking appropriate actions to control and secure an emergency in the Plant as outlined in the
Emergency Response Plan.
• Ensure that operating procedures are available, used, and adhered to at all times and conduct an annual review and approval of all operating procedures, and operating instructions to be sure they are up to date, consistent with current practices, and appropriately revised as process modifications require.
• Deal with LNG buyer representatives and transporters as required to ensure that LNG loading commitments are met and shipping problems are quickly resolved, participate in the LNG Ship/Shore Meetings concerning sales contracts and the development of new LNG ships, and contribute to the evaluation of new LNG ships for compatibility with Project harbor based on safety, operability, and reliability.
• Develop the well management program/procedures, assisted by Well Production Engineer, considering the concerns from Subsurface/Reservoir group, LNG Commercial Shipping and LNG
Production Engineer and make that the program is workable, understood, and implemented properly by subordinates.
• Prepare and issue a Daily Program as instructions for the Shift Supervisors to ensure continuity of the operation outside of normal working hours.
• Review and approve work order requests to verify priority is correct, there is no duplication, and that work requests have been created for all needed repairs to GPF platforms, Pipelines, ORF, and S & L areas.
